-----first real review- feel free to critisize
I got this head a while back and Im here to discontinue some rumors about this head and its relex technology... Most kids who say the rubberband will break have most likely never played with this head for a long time... I have been playin with it for about Three months and i hvae it on the light rubberband---> the green one and it has yet to break on me after playin at varsity level and yada yada yada
Pinch: This heads pinch is indeed a good one. In my mind it had just the right pinch. It has a nice narrow face.
Weight: Wow is this one a light one... If you have ever picked up an answer its about equivalent to that in weight... Sometimes i almost dont like it cause im more in tune with a heavier head like a profile.
Durability: To be honest i cant see this head breaking because of how flexible it is... Not to mention how waaaay narrow the sidewalls are... its verrry skinny and dont worry at all about the throat because its very nice n sturdy.
REFLEX TECHNOLOGY: Unless ur in the MLL i doubt the band it breaking on you... OR playing out in really cold weather...Some of you maye rember another little invention by brine called the edge X which had floating sidewalls that were pieces of $h!t out in the cold. The reflex only really helps when ur crading definatley..maybe a little when catching.... i really cant see how it provide any help when throwing.
SCOOP: hands down maybe on of the WORST i have ever seen. look here (http://brine.com/lacrosse.php?section=products&page=detail&cat=heads&id=1181) to see how the top of the head tips of at the end which makes it terribble for scooping.. wow, the only REAL defect is that....
thank you
oh and... The thud against the garage door just got alot louder...<-------lol brine AD
one more thing- because of the reflex technology this head is hella hard to break in the mesh
