can i return it?

so heres the deal, on christmas i recieved a warrior nemesis that was bought off ebay for $50. i havent used it very much no games, just throwing and today in a scrimage i took a shot (reasonably hard) that completly broke the scoop. needless to say i was a little irritated. can i still return it to warrior under the warenty or does the fact that i bought it off ebay void that?

Probably since you got it from a 3rd party, the warranty is voided. To shine some light into this darkness, you could contact the seller off of eBay, and see how long ago he/she got it and if they could send you a copy of the reciept. If you can get a reciept from less than 1 year ago, you can get a new one for free.

yeah you need a receipt to return it, you cant just send a broken head back.

Wow, that sucks. I'd give warrior customer suppourt a call and ask them if you can return it or not.

well i think it might not be voided cause im sure the person who bought it bought it from a warrior store so if he bought it within a years time and you might be under his warrenty if you know what i mean?

probably not.... since you bought it off ebay they will not refund you after it is now down to a 3rd person

it doesnt matter, as long as you have a receipt and warrior doesnt think you broke it on purpose.
