Hey i live in canada and i wanna start my first season, is there any good canadian sport store to buy beginer stuff?
O ya what kind of helmet do i need? Just a hockey helmet with a lax cage?
And how tall does my stick need to be if i'm aroun 5'7?

canadian tire is complete garbage..... go to sportcheck or national sports since you dont have any lax specific stores

What about Pro Boss lacrosse (http://www.probosslacrosse.com) . They sell those O'Neil and/or STX masks that a lot of NLL guys have on their helmets.

i pm'd you about stores to go to. If you have a hockey helmet with a hockey cage even thats good enough if ur just starting, and when you pick up a stick ull kno how long it has to be, it has to be between 40-46 inches long. Its more of a comfort thing not really where it measures up to u or anything.
