Ok i dont have any form of instent messaging i have no clue how to work it or what is better or were to go or anything anything so my question to you is what is better how i sign up and basiclly the whole deal on instent messaging because i really want to get it but my parents are not helping so unless i present good stuff about it then i will probably not get it, thanks in advance... ill probably thank you after to...

Go to oldversion.com and get AOL IM. It's the newest one, aside from Triton. So no ads for me.

Yeah I would recomend MSN messenger it is way better thatn AIM but from what i understand more kids in the US use AIM and i would asume all your freinds are in the US so they will have AIM, So i would say get AIM or Trillian.

I would just get aim, because probably about 90 percent of highschool kids and under only use aim. Barely anyone uses any other version just because AOL was the first popular one, so more people started to use it, which meant that less people used other versions, which in turn meant that even more people signed up for aim. Get the picture?

Just get AIM like every other person out there.

But then again I have never experimented with any other IM service, AIM is just all I know, and it works for me so why would I want to change?

Try and stay away from Aim Trition, its cool and everything but it can be confusing for a while.
