hey, how do you use a virtual credit card from paypal? like how do u get to it

1. Click on the "withdraw" tab up top
2. Click on "Shop online with a Paypal Virtual Debit Card"
3. Enter in any store url, it doesnt matter. A window will pop up with the numbers and information you'll need
