i was playing wallball today and i was kinna far away from the wall, so it would bounce back instead of just bounceing off the wall into my stick , so i went closer up and did it so i gotta catch it right off the wall. How do you guys play? Whats the best way to play?

I do both. I let it bounce after throwing sometimes, sometimes go close and catch it right off the wall, sometimes quick sticks, etc.

I got a warrior rebounder and it works great. If I miss my shot it hits the fence... I shoot on the rebound on both sides of it... so when the balls go on the other side I don't have to go get them and come back

I stand far back from the wall and throw. I set up my goalie stance and then let the ball bounce to me and then make the save. I do this for half an hour then I go close up to the wall and throw with no bounce. I do this for about half an hour. Then I work on my left hand for about half an hour. If I miss catching the ball, I have to sprint to stop it. The wall in the place where I play is in a "L" shape so I also practice outlet passes to both sides.
I do 25 reps catching, cradling once, and passing with both hands than 25 reps of quick sticks with both hands than 50 reps of switching hands (throw with one hand, catch with the other, etc.)

i just sit there and i pick out a brick and throw at that, then i start really cranking shots at the wall then catchin them on the fly (if they bounce you'll prolly die). then i back up and play with 2 rocks

You play with 2? Is it like juggling against a wall or what? Major props though.

You should do 100 each, 50 quick stick is fine, but i don't understand the point of doing 10 bounce.

playing with 2 balls isnt that tough till you try to switch hands, then it gets risky. if i'm goin well i can throw lefty catchrighty throw that ball in time to catch the other one lefty, but i've done that like 5 times i nmy lfe
