non-power hand tips

im olny 12 im on a rep box newmarket team in canada no one uses there left hand (right if lefty) and i wanna learn ive been trying every thing with my left but its so uncofertable i need some tips :crying:

practice practice practice!!! Just shoot, pass, play off a wall, and cradle your stick with your left hand around your house. You can't expect to be amazing with your left hand immediately after a few excercises.
