Does anyone know of anything I can do to improve just my overall play. Like I practice almost everyday here (shooting, passing, and catching) but it still seems like im stuck at the same level.

weight training and cardio workouts help.... go to lax camps or to lax websites to find out more

wall ball is probably the best thing that anyone could ever do for stick work. running and conditioning will also help a bunch. lifting will give you more strength, and who doesnt want more strength when playing a contact sport? but pretty much. wall ball, conditioning, and lifting.
Just practice your stick skills, do cardio and train your legs to get faster, and get stronger with weights. And stretch alot to avoid injury.

push yourself.. don't just lazily play catch, or lazily pick up ground balls.. push yourself and challenge yourself more

Study everything you can about lax....watch dvds, read all you can, study your opponents. Lax depends on athletic skill, stick skills, attitude, and knowledge. Some guys never develop the best skills, but they are always in the right place at the right time if they have the knowledge.

For my conditioning and strength training what would you recommend my routine be so that i can increase to play at a higher level?

Oppose to pushing yourself and not challenging yourself more?
No I get what you mean, and I agree. It is all about intensity.
