For goalies or I guess whoever wants to do it I found out if you take a rubber band then fling at your ceiling and try to catch it when it comes back it increases your reaction time and your hand-eye cordination. The harder you fling it at he ceiling he faster it will come back so be ready!

Good tip, I've been looking for a way to improve my hand-eye coordination.
Most people will know this one, but stand like 4-5 feet away from a brick wall and have someone throw a ball moderately fast from behind you, then use your top hand to catch it.

You can also buy reflex balls

You stand in your stance bounce the ball and then take your step to the ball, but they bounce in every direction.

^^^A camp I went to had those, they are so useful to have, really helped my stepping to bounce shots.

Juggling helps too.
That rubber band thing is a good idea.
For the wall ball drill where you face the wall, if you like to make it even harder, facer a corner and have someone throw the ball into that corner.

Quite random but if your college plays cricket see if they have a feilding training machine (I'm a brit, maybe baseball has something similar) its like a big dish and someone throws the ball into it and it comes back out at you at a random angle

Well I got one that we use for hockey. Take some raquet balls and toss it against the wall and catch it. Then start juggling off the wall. Or two at a time(with crossovers maybe)
And basically do a hundred or so of each before games and you have gotten your reflexes and hand eye warmed up so that you are quicker. Do it every day for permanent results. It works trust goalies

Hmmm...those look like they would not be so random in their bounce. Are you sure you don't mean these:
