As I said in a different thread, Sturt will play box lacrosse. As for actual pre season, it will probably be just like every other training through out the year. That is to say a mixture of running and skills at every training. It will probably start about 4-6 weeks before the season starts.
Me personally, I haven't stopped training since the Aussie camp. No point in letting the work I did for that, go to waste. That and I most likely won't be playing field for Sturt this winter.

At glenelg we usually start off abit of running and light stick work, gradually build up our workload so that we peak fitness when the season starts. We usually start sometime in january usually near the end. I dont really know how Whitey will do it this year i spose we will soon find out?

walking i walk 40mins a night with mum then train wlight weights/body weight excercises 3 times a week. Just starting slow but am picking up each session.
My mum is a personal trainer so it makes it quite easy to start and get back into it

everytime i or anyone else asked to bring back the international forum it was given the thumbs down from the moderators especially lax101. Now that we have this i don't think we'll be likely to get a dedicated australian forum for a while.
I just been doing short jogs along with pushups and situps everday. No idea when training starts but im geussin it will be soonish as under 17 rep team tryouts are normally round end of march.
hey warriors26 and wittyno12 do guys both play u17s or league? i play u17s for Burnside :)
