Stringing Rail Mesh....

Alright, first off, yes i did search and yes i kno that rail mesh is not the greatest mesh but its not for me...

I'm stringing this pinched revo for my buddy, and he wanted new mesh so he bought some and gave it to me to string...i dont think he knew that it was rail mesh but thats probably not a big deal. anyways...How do you string the shooters on the weird piece of mesh? i have been working on it for an hour and i cant get it to be good at all...

any help would be great

dont make u's or v's, and weave 3 straight..

I have attempted rail mesh twice and failed each time. The rails do not whatsoever channel the ball. In your case, just act like the rail isnt there and weave around it.

Go for probabbly 3 straight rolled, or woven.

Alrite ya i was thinking about going 3 straight acrosse....anyone have some pics that could help?

Roll them. If you want to weave its exactly like twists on a RP when it goes over the leather

definitel roll them its alot easier. the stuff isnt really all bad, i got a piece that came in my answer and i put it in my hype with a really big pocket and it sort of channled the ball but you need to really stretch it good.

2.)Place on ground
3.)Pour lighter fluid all over it
4.)Light it on fire
5.)Watch mesh burn
6.)Buy Jimalax Mesh

Thats what I would do.

I already said that I kno that it isnt that great of mesh and i kno the jima has the best mesh, this is for my buddy....

loom guys jsut coz it is rail mesh he still wants to string it so jsut give hima straight answer coz its for his buddy. ummm... i dont get what would be hard about weaving them coz ive done it before and its not that hard. if you cant do it just roll them

yeah just weave 3 straights...i didnt find it hard to string shooters on the though, when it was only my second time stringing a shooting string.i got a U on there

This threads a year old, it took me a mintue to realize its not 2006 any more
