I went to my first today and we lost 8-3, which puts us at 0-3 on the season. The ref ended the game early because someone on my time body checked someone (we are not allowed ot body check) and we had been hitting alot (can he even do that). So my question is do you guys have any strategies or suggestions of how we could get better.

heh my team is 1-1 so far we won our last game like 19-17, i ahd the last goal after intercepting a pass with 30 seconds left :P it was sweet.

but strategies..hmm dont always try to take it urself...try to set picks for ur teamates and pass it around till u find the weak part of there defense...also try to work from behind the net...i found if ur 1 on 1 from behind the net it is easy to burn ur guy and get around the crease and shoot before some1 slides to you.

We always try to slow it down, but than again we get to hit hard, and hit hard we do. Pass around, make cuts, shoot often. Experiment thats what Indoor is for.

We just lost our seventh game in a row today (we're 0-7), and we play outdoor winter league. I have another game in 30 minutes. We hardly ever score, and if we do, its always off an unsettled situation. Half the guys on our team can barely even pass and catch...so just work hard, pick up the gbs and drive to the goal yourself.

Wow your guys' winter leagues started a lot earlier than mine...we have only had 3 weeks...we are 2-0, we couldnt go to the first game because our school had a Winter Formal Dance so we didnt go.

ya you guys feel bad for Gbaschski, he got stuck w/ the handicap kids....JUST KIDDING, but ya just work on yourself getting those gb's, if you play middie try to get unsettled situations thats the easiest way to score

just always run them and make them tired...and make sure you have enough subs because in indoor you get tired really fast...and just cut a lot
