for those who play a winter spot. Do you guys lift after pratice? and how many times a week? i only lift after pratice like 2-3 times during the week after wrestling pratice and on the weekend i try to lift more but i am so tired after pratice because we run so much

I have lacrosse practice in the spring 2 days a week usually. The practices are Wed. and Fri., and I go to the gym Tues., Thurs., and Sat.

I have to lift before Practice

I have offseason football during school which is lifting running and all sorts of things. Right after School i have lacrosse practice for 2 hours 5-6 dyas a week. Monday through Saturday

Yes I lift after practice. But I avoid leg excercises after practice.

I will have to during Lacrosse, it'll be a pain, but the benefits aer endless...

i try to, but after a game(winter league so basically practice) or practice im so wiped out i can hardly finish my sets.

Sometimes I do arm curls and stuff before practice. It makes the stick seem lighter in my hands, and although my arms are tired, I can shoot faster and harder than before. It's strange.

Are y'all any good? That's not much practice.. at all. But I lift on Tuesdays and Thursdays with my team in our weight room and I go to the gym every now and then when it's not a weight day..
