8d, Catapultion or 6d

Right now I have hard mesh but it is getting old and needs to be replaced. I like little to now whip and a smooth release but of course i also like hold. I dont have a lot of experience with catapultion, 8d or 6d so i was wandering what are the pros and cons of each?

mesh doesn't matter its just the way you string your pocket..you can have the best pocket with hardmesh and you can have the worst. i've had hard mesh with more hold than 5D and 6D with more whip than traditional. Mesh isn't that important..just the way you string it.

my 8d had soo much whip and i couldnt throw with it at all. but my catapultion is so awsome right now! it doesnt have any whip and it trows so nice. i strung some 6d on my friends stick and it worked really nice. 6d has great hold and so does 8d. but overall i would recomend catapution. if you cant get that just get some hardmesh or go with the 6d.

Try catapultion. When its broken in, it is soft for good catching and good hold. It also has a good smooth release.

I'd pick catapultion out of those three. If you want bigger diamonds, why not just go for the biggest? (5D)

I was leaning to catapultion but i had heard a lot about it bagging out is that true? And i dont want 5D because I like less whip and a smoother release, for me 6D might even be too big

i couldnt have said it beter myself. when i first got my cata i thought it was just going to be just a heavy hardmesh. but now that i have it im hooked

I would go with catapution if you like those features but some people love some hate it so experiment a little

8D is the best ever. Awesome hold, throws really well, I have it on my triton.

I personally find it the other way around. May be because of the heads that I have them on though. I've got Cata on a pinched X2 and 6D on a G-Force.

I have cata on an evo pro and 5D on another evo pro. The 5D has much better hold and a slower shot. The catapultion has a faster shot with a less hold.
