underhand...im most accurate with that shot....and its easier to place the ball where u want it w/ an underhand shot. Well for me at least

definitely side arm/ riser/elevator(as guys call it). it's amazing on the run just like b-waterlax said.

Most effective would be off the shoulder shots, but the funnest ones to take are underhand. It's a bad habit to get into sometimes though.
I like the ones I save.
Ha I'm sure you do. I generally use 3/4 and overhand the most, then sidearm, then underhand. I use sidearm and 3/4 alot on the run though.

i can't throw a riser for my life, it always comes out about a foot off the ground and flyyying. it's pretty good because it's tough for a goalie to stab at, but it's pretty ugly.

3/4 because you can get a nice crank up, its accurate, and my coaches won't yell at me for shooting sidearmed.... By the way, good topic for a poll

One handed around the world. But of the above choices, I'd say overhand or 3/4 because thats what im most accurate with.

When I shoot with my pole its allways side arm. Except when its crowded.

Yea, there's nothing like cranking a good, solid sidearm. Leaves a nice fuzzy feeling inside.

sidearm is a bad habit.. coaches hate it.
For good reason...
In game my favorite is overhand, stick being shielded by the body (so that it's out of the goalie's sight), although most naturally from the outside I shoot 3/4.
I probably enjoy shooting underhand or sidearm the most only because I never do it in games... it's like Attack always wanting to play Defense or vice versa. You want to try what you usually don't do to keep things fun :)
Now that I've covered all four shots.... I would have voted overhand but it's closed.

i usually take 3/4 but when i can get a good angle/ time for a good underhanded riser ill take it... they just look so nice.

3/4,overhand, riser i use all 3 about the same dont really use sidearm because i never practice shooting sidearm plus my stick has no whip so most of the time when i do go sidearm my coaches get pissed and my shot goes wide

behind the back... :P
but I prefer a 3/4 crankshot for a good shot or underhand to look gangster/bust a shin :P

3/4 is my favorite, and sidearm is generally a bad idea, but there are situations where you'll have to go straigbht overhand, and situations when sidearm is good, like that one time where I couldn't get my arms extended so I popped a sidearm shot through a defender's legs and into the goal with like no wind up or follow through. Goalie had no idea because it came out of like a pile of people.
