Specific positions

Hey guys,
Im pretty new to lacrosse, got my catching/shooting/passing and all down, but i have never played before. As far as specific positions go, what are they're names and what do they do? i have heard post and crease and stuff thrown out there but dont know exactly what they mean or do. All i really know is the d/middy/attack deal, without knowing anything about more specific than that.

those arent really names for positions they're terms for gameplay & theres all kinds of things like cutters & the "hot" man(on D), are you looking for position info like what position would be best or for someone to clarify the position you already play?
