Ok my stickskills are ok i guess, I dont drop the ball that often, but my shot isnt that great. Should I focus on improving my shot more than i work on passing or catching, equally, or passing or caching more? I play attack/mid so what should I do?

work on both equally..... they are both EXTREMELY important.... get out and practise everyday

if you say your catching is better for now work shooting a bit more, but wall ball is probably the most beneficial exercise you could ever do

when i want to practice both i back a ways away from a wall and shoot on it, therefore playing wallball AND shooting. it helps improve your reaction time and catchin a lot too because the ball comes hummin' back at ya.

O yeah, one more thing, what are some other things I can do at the wall besides 1 hand throws, 2 hand throws, and alternatings hands?

behind the backs, between thelegs, underhand, sidearm, every type of shot you can imagine. make up your own shots and passes too. i practice catchin by catching the ball in the backside of the pocket, because it's a far smaller target. also try using 2 balls

How about a healthy combonation of both?
For ten (10) minutes just keep going through.
- 10 Strong Hand
- 10 Off Hand
- 10 Quick Stick Strong Hand
- 10 Quick Stick Off Hand
- 10 Throw Strong, Catch Off
- 10 Throw Off, Catch Sreong
- 5 Behind the Back (Over Left Shoulder)
- 5 Behind the Back (Over Right Shoulder)

Or if you wanted to combine both you could just stand really far away from a wall and shoot at it, catch it with the opposite hand, then do it again..

you can use a tennis court for shooting or go to your local elementary school or any kind of school

Try finding someone who plays baseball or even some people who want to play catch. If I cannot get to a wall, I get my brother to throw around with me. He uses his hands and I use my stick. It all works out.

I used to do that all the time with my brother. It worked great.

Chain link fence is amazing for shooting. You can fire it as hard as you want, and it bounces back at a relatively slow rate. Tennis courts work great for this, as the sometimes have the tarps on them which helps to make sure the ball doesn't get stuck in the links and deadens the impact of the shot, further slowing the rebound. I have my players do this all of the time.
Get some masking tape, tape up some targets, and go for it.

i asked the same question to matt danowski and dan flannary from duke and they said that matt shot alot more and dan did mostly wallball but dino is still the leader in assists so they said as long as you have the stick in your hands you will get better and that it didnt really matter which one you did more

Make sure that when you are out shootin on a goal, throwing on a wall or bounceback, you are movin your feet. You gotta do the same reps of your weak hand as you do your strong hand, if not more on your weak hand. Most importantly, you gotta be doing the motion correct. if you practice alot but your technique is all wrong, it does you no good. my buds' mom is a physical therapist, n she said that you gotta do 100 reps of whatever you're doing to create muscle memory, which is what you need to be able to always make the same correct shooting or throwing motion. Good luck.
