Alright I have an Evo Pro and I play attack. I have hard durable mesh on it with three straight shooters and a low pocket, with NO whip. It took me a while to figure out how to string it and not have whip.
If I change the shooting string configuration to a U and then one straight and one cross-lace (both shooters weaved) will it have whip. If anyone has the most recent great atlantic magazine (january 2006 issue) i would put the shooting strings like that. I would still have a low-middle pocket but would it become whippy. It took me awhile to get it without whip and I don't wanna go F it up so I would just like to know if ayone has that or has tried it and if it has whip!?!!!?!

I know I restrung my friends evo pro today because his had no whip what so ever! And the way he did his sidewalls was just weird.. But he did it by following instructions that came with his stick.. I didn't know they came with instructions... anyways I'll try to learn how he had done it before I restrung it for him. My combo has little whip but just enough to have great hold simultaneously. I used 1 nylon and two U shaped shooters. Check at my gear pics.
