i did a search on this, and nothing really came up. I need a good ab exercise, idk why but crunches and sit ups just arnt working. My neck or my back starts to hurt when i do them.
So, do you guys know any good ab exercises?

this is a fun one...kinda hard to explain so bare with me......lay falt on your back
have one leg stretched out at a 45 degree angle
the other leg is folded in so like your calf on that leg touches your thigh on that leg ya know
then as you extend one leg draw the other one in
this shouldnt hurt your back & if u get comfortable with that, you can start adding crunches in to this exercise to make it harder, but that in turn would put more strain on your back
Crunches and situps are useless after a few days. You need to work your obliques and your lower abs too, not just your upper abs. I work my obliques first to isolate my 6 pack. Heres my abs workout that I do every other day:
1. 15 Bicycles in each direction (lie on your back, hands behind head, left knee drawn across your chest, other leg straight in the air, bring your right elbow to your left knee, hold for 2, repeat for other side with your right knee to your chest and left leg straight out. Do 15 for each side.)
2. 15 Side Bridges for both sides
3. 15 side jackhammers for both sides
4. Repeat excercises 1-3.
5. 2 sets of 20 decline weighted situps with a 12 pound plate across my chest.
6. 30 negative crunches
7. 30 ab rolls on an ab roller
8. 3 2 minute planks
And if you want your abs to show, get your bodyfat percentage to single digits.
Edit: Try to keep the tension in your abs, not your back or neck.

well legs ups are good, also are you keeping ur back straight once ur doing ur situps, because if ur working on your abs, ur back shouldnt hurt because ur abs support your back
anyways, i just do situps and legs ups, 200 of each a day and this is my results so far:

Hookem, nice work. Some peoples bodies just can't do that with that much definition. Everyone just stick with it, eat clean and the results will come.

I love to make my abs exercise. Usually, I make them run a few miles.
eat better too, unless youre under 10% body fat, youre abs wont show no matter how much you work them
