no you shouldnt work out every day because that does not give you muscles any time to recover and you will actually get weaker and by body weight excerizes do u mean like pushups and that kind of stuff because that wont do anything

you should never work out the same muscle day after day, because your muscles grow while your resting, not while your working out. i suggest, taking at least one day off from training or alternating muscle groups everyday (i.e. lowerbody one day, upper the next). also, working out with weights does not stunt your growth, only certain excersizes do. squats in particular are bad, and im not totaly sure but i heard bench pressing is too. of course thats only if you use really heavy weights, if you still dont feel comfortable using weights though, maybe ask a coach or athletic trainer from your team/ or school for some training advice.

Yes, do upper body on day, then lower body the next, and so on and so forth.

Your genetics will probably prevent/help you become tall...

1. Working out will not stunt your growth.
2. Depends on your workout. Body weight exercises can be done everyday, why not? Walking up stairs is a body weight exercise.
Working out won't stunt your growth, especially not body weight workouts. Just make sure you get enough sleep. I do 200 pushups a day so I suppose body weight workouts everyday should be fine.

Weight training will not stunt your growth, damaging growth plates can stunt your growth and it is possible to damage your growth plates by going too heavy. The reccomendation that I have seen is that untill you are ~16 you should be using weights that you can lift 12x with proper form. And there is nothing wrong with bench press or squats for someone your age.

if you use free weights you will see strength results in the second week if you work out at lesat 4 times a week, and body results within 2 weeks along with eating right, such as just drinking water

This workout is all over the place. The reps are inconsistent, the sets are traditional bodybuilding, there are weight bearing exercises, and bodyweight exercises, and I can't seem to tell what you're trying to accomplish. Maybe this is a genious workout though, I won't knock it entirely until I try it.
But, my only advice would be to state your goals first, then come up with a workout program based of the current fitness knowledge.

What are lat pullups? how are they different from pullups?
your workout looks ok aside from the order and the fact that you are doing way more abs than anything else
day 1
you should probably do deadlifts first since they use the most muscles,
your biceps should be done last and you need to add a tricep exercise
military presses should be done before front raises, because they are the compound shoulder exercise.
day 2
you should do legs before doing abs
you are doing like three times as much work on your abs as anything else and that is totally unnessesary.
i have no idea what bootstrappers are but squats would probably be a good addition to your leg work.

By bootstrapers do you mean you stand on a box straight-legged while holding a barbell and bring the barbell down to your feet and up again only using your lower back? This is called a stiff-legged deadlift and is great for the lower-back. Since you are doing 25 reps and 4 sets, it looks like you are not doing too much weight either.
The only thing that I would add to the work-out is something for the obliques. Side bridges are good. You basically lie on your side and put your forearm on the ground and prop yourself up like that by flexing your side muscles(obliques). You hold this for about 30 seconds. You can work your way up to using your palm.
I would also recommend at least one day of rest to allow your body to heal. This is the most important part of working out: recuperation. Stick with the first work-out that you had where you did upper body one day, and lower body the next. Unless you do circuit training, total body workouts are pretty time consuming.
When to do cardio is a preference. I like to do mine after I lift, because I don't like to lift when I am tired from cardio.
