quick question

i just have a quick question.. im going into my senior year in high school and i was just curious do they let you use wooden shafts for a d-pole if so what are they called/ where can u get them? im looking into this because i hear they hurt like crazy when u get hit with them and thats my goal as a defender haha

Yes they do hurt alot, I believe red devil lacrosse sells attack lenght wood sticks I imagine they sell defense but I do not know. You could also make your own out of hickory I am not shure how but a couple people on these forums have made their own.

I actually make my own. I made them using a professional workshop with all the best tools. They're great for defense and are actually very strong. Check them out.

Try the Lacrosse Rules and Officiating topic to find out if it's legal, I doubt it, at least with the HS rules.
