thanks for posting the link to the article. i wish him well, he's gone through a fair amount of sh@t to get over there.
he'll do well - he's as talented as anyone playing the game in australia - what he could do if he puts his mind to it is scary.

when he eventually comes back to willy i am sure they will be all the better for it
do you think that if he were offered the opportunity to play in the MLL in the next couple of years that he would drop his studies and switch, or would he stay and finish his degree there?

He prob wouldn't eneter the MLL draft until he has played out his 4 years of NCAA eligibilty. So i don't think he would turn pro until he has finshed school.

The salaries that the MLL players get paid is really not enough to live comfortably on. You have to have another sourse of income. But it's great to get paid to do something that you love.
Josh will have to study & maintain his grades. He has a tremendous amount of potential.

Rookies in the MLL get about 6 - 8000 a season i think and for the really really good players, eg: powells, millons... they get around 30 - 40,000 i believe, correct me if im wrong. So if Ardosie was to play MLL he would be getting 6000 for a whole season, so not enough to live off.

plus he might not have to pay tax being from australia although probably would still have to. Good luck to him
