How is it for Concerts? Ever been there? I want to go to a concert there sometime this summer.

I was thinking of starting a thread on this...

I might be going to the State Radio/Slightly Stoopid concert there on Saturday. If I go I'll tell you how it is. It's a pretty big place I hear.

yea you'd be allowed in. its pretty cool and a good size, but not that big (it depends what clubs you're used to seeing bands at). you can watch from a balcony/bar/sitting area thing on a second story. i saw ben harper there this summer and it kicked major hiney.

I saw As I Lay Dying and Unearth there. Mighty good time. It's a small place which is awesome cos large venues suck.

I’ve been there quite a few times.
Most of the time it’s all ages downstairs with a bar upstairs. They switch it around depending who is playing.

It’s a cool place, but I like the TLA and The Trocardero much more.

The Electric Factory is awesome. You won't be allowed upstairs for the bar, but the floor is nice too.

But if you're over 21, get there early and head up to the bar and get a seat over looking the stage on the balcony. You can see the whole pit and stage...and you get those lovely waitresses bringing your favorite drink. Oh man, I gotta get back there sometime.

I heard the Creepy Crawl in St. Louis is a pretty nice venue. But that's just an oppinoin from a few bands I know that have played there. Smaller venues are defiantely awesome and big venues suck except for like Warped Tour. Like I won't go to arena shows there jsut not fun but yea.
