Anyone ever use this? im really interested in getting something so i can look at my bf % before the 2 weeks of conditiong, then after, because as it is probably in most of your schools, its hell! Anyway, i was lookin at this in modells the one day, but the 30$ price tag made me weary. I really would like to get something, i dont care if its small, or if it can give me my calorie expenditure or anything stupid like that, i want BF% and i want it to be decently accurate (without having to go to the doctors) Anyone know if this is good, or if theres something out there for decently cheap that works good.

Thanks fellas

we have a few at our school and you type in your..

Age
Height
Weight
Sex...male/female

then you press a few buttons and hold onto it because it counts your pulse and factors that in with the fest of it....
....but they're extremely expensive from what i've heard from a few of my teachers/coaches

the ones we have tell how many pounds of fat and the % of your body weight that is fat

The one i was looking at sends a very low powered electric pulse through you and the amount of resistance determines how much fat you are. My old gym teacher had one and he was also a personal trainer. He said that this is one of the top ways to measure BF%, but i dont know how much his costs. I just dunno how it could be 30$ and be accurate, when there are calipers that arent too much more accurate that go for like 60$ and then you also have to do all that measuring and everything

I have a scale that sends the electric pulse through you and gives you your weight and BF%. It's not the most accurate, but it gives you a somewhat accurate number.

Maybe you can go to a nutritiousness and see if they would do it for a small sum of change.

funny thing is, my next door neighbor is a nutritionist, never really thought about it. I'm not sure if she still is, but i know she used to be. Yeah i guess i could get that done, but i reallly want something for the home that would work.
