I currently have a brine synergy and i love it, but i am considering getting a new stick before the season begins. My synergy ive had for a while and its kinda busted up, (heads become TOO flexible/cracked, shaft real beat up) from playing guys lax. If i get a new stick it will be for the girls game and iv edecided i think the velocity looks like the most advanced on the market right now. I was just wondering if any one had tried it out yet and if so what they thought about it
thx!

Havent tried it out yet but im also looking to buy it. It seems like a really wicked stick with the new reflex technology and all.

My question is: Why/how were you playing men's lax with a women's stick?
Aside from that, based on my experience in the forums, I'm pretty sure that the number one response you'll get is, "How about you go to a local lax store/find someone who has a Velocity and see how you like it for yourself?"

I went to the lacs store last weekend and checked it out and it didn't impress me that much. It was just a couple passes, but from that I wasn't shocked.

Well, if its anything like its mens counterpart, the pulse. Then it may be pretty good. I was at a lax shop with my ladyfriend, and she was checking it out, and she seemed to like it.

because it was before the season started so all the guys get together to do scrimmages every week and i used to play guys lax so i go and play with them..but yeah thx yall, i am gonna go to the store and try it out but i like to have people opinions that have actually played with it in a game or something. YEah some of my freinds have the pulse and like that so i was hopin it would be similair. I guess ill go check it out, thx

Personally... I think it's a gimmick...all those rubber band things or whatever..
I don't know, I probably wouldn't buy it. But I also wouldn't mind playing with it.
Find a friend/coach who already has it and use it to play with for a day..you will get a much better feel than like 2 passes at the store with a stick that's not broken in

I'm personally not a huge Brine fan, but I find most of their sticks fine. It looks like a decent stick to me, very flexible and easy to work with. I'd definitely try it out, though, before deciding to buy it for sure.
