If you already have Direct TV, then just call them and they will add it. If you dont, then you will end up paying 45 a month.

Yeah but the package comes with CSTV and Comcast which broadcast games too.

I don't think so, I looked at the available channels for Cox digital cable and didn't see it. :( (Even under the Sports/Information package)
