How do you get in shape to play soccer? Not much difference.

What position are you going out for? Yea, its pretty much the same as Soccer training, run a lot and make sure you get comfortable with your stick and learn all the stick basics like cradling and stuff. Wall ball is a great way to improve your stick skills. Try and play with someone who has experience playing lacrosse and they'll give you tips and advice. Good luck!

Wallball is and probably always will be my best friend. It help unbelievably. I'd work on sprinting and distance running as well. It never hurts.
