throwing question

this probably sounds like an extremely noobish question but here goes

when i have the ball sitting at the very bottom on the throat and i throw i quick pass/shot the ball the ball doesn't come out of the pocket the same when i wind up for a shot/pass and have the ball sit in my pocket which is a inch or 2 higher than th bottom of my throat.

now is this normal?
is there any way i can make it so that the ball comes out of the pocket consistently?
i want to make it so that th ball comes out as if its always sitting in the pocket.

ive got a pinched proton with hard mesh and 2 straight shooters

it could just be a lil too pinched.

if your pocket is completely at the top and the bottom part doenst have a pocket at all then that is why, you could fix that by either loosening the sidewalls at the bottom or redo your sidewalls to help make the pocket at the bottom

my pocket is in the lower part of my head.

would the side wall strings tighten up again after i loosen them when i put the ball in tho?

i dont think its TOO pinched...it kinda looks like the evo now in terms of shape
