Summer Tournaments

What summer tournaments are u guys playing in.....something good think about since u east coasters just got buried by snow....June is a crazy month with too many tourneys...

my choices....

Beach Lax - MD
All-American Girls Showcase - PA
NDP Independence Cup - MD
Upper Atlantic Tourney - PA

National Draw - NJ
All-Star Express - MD

like to play but conflicts with others....
CharmCity - MD
Star-Spangled - NY

not sure about some of those tourneys, but from experience i would recommend beach lax for practice/friendly competition, and Defenitely National Draw and All-Star Express tourneys. Also CharmCity has good competition and is pretty fun, although I believe the best for recruiting out of the ones I mentioned are National Draw and All-Star Express, I personally am going to both I believe.

that makes me sad! i'm too old this year. But one of my favorites was always the Beach LAx tourney in Ocean City Maryland. I love OCMD. All Star Express is a recruiting must. I'm sad that i won't be going to those stressful summer tourney's anymore, but in a way im glad that its over and its time to move on to bigger and better things.

I might be doing a PG year and if I do (which I really want to) I will be going to Lax By the Sea in NJ, National Draw, Extreme Lax in MA, All Star, and Long Island Elite

I tried out for CCLax, so if I make it I'll be doing tournaments with them.

If not, a couple of old teammates were thinking of trying to put a team together for Beach Lax so either way I'm hoping I'll be able to play in that tournament. I love Beach Lax, it just wouldn't be a normal summer without it. Unfortunately, that day will eventually come when I'm too old though haha.

just finished playing last indoor game until tryouts :( ....but, i am psyched for this summer, with the two teams i'm on i could be playing 6 straight weeks...beach lax sounds awesome and that's going to be the first summer tourney for me...

Its a great tournament. Ocean City is just fun in general, adding lacrosse to it makes it like heaven! Its a great way to start the summer off, and its pretty laid back. I really like it.

Nice list, no National Tournament for you? You know you're going to be there...

I'll be at a few of those, we'll probably see each other and have a grand ole time (but I'll keep it a surprise as to where I'll be at for kicks and giggles) :)


cool..definitely look for me...u know it will be the only team from OH...national tourney tryouts are in March...that's going to be a longshot, too many great players in OH right now...plus the coaches can only recommend 2 players from their team....

Well if y'all are including the National Tournament count me in (hopefully). I did it last year as a rising senior so this year I'm only eligible for the senior division. I may try to do that, I think it would be a lot of fun.
