ok, i just got nominated to the U-17 try out and i was wondering how big a deal this thing is and is it worth it?

It is a big deal...I think you should try out. I was unaware U-17 existed though. I know there is U-13, U15, and U-19 though. Check USLacrosse's website, they might have information.

That is quite a big deal, you should do it for sure. Is it a national or regonal team?

well, tonight i made the decision to forgo the U-17 texas tryouts and wait till next year to try out for the U-19 team... i figure that Blue Chip will be a better bet for drawing the coaches... thanks for your feedback though

hey, if you good enough to be invited to try out you may want to look and Gary's NDP thing. By the way, are you looking for a place to play in college?

well, besides the fact that it costs a lot of money, i talked to the U-17 coordinator and he said that it was not the best exposure (at least U-17) i also had a trip to Italy that was already set in stone that would have made it hard to make the Vail tourni (i would have had one day at home etween the trips, no nigths)
