After alot of thought, Im pretty sure I want to get them but I have some questions about them. Dont post something like "These rock, get them!". Give reasons why.

The ?'s I have
1. When You break them in, can you move your elbow almost as freely as if you werent wereing arm pads?

2. Do they have enough protection for middie/attack? Should I get long or short for those positions?

3. Are they bulky?

4. Do they slide alot?

5. When I wear Meduim Brine Spartans, they are inside the cuff of my gloves about 1 inch, it fits pretty loose at the elbow cap, and it slides around alot, especially when I shoot. I also have pretty skinny arms, Im 5' 1", 100 lbs. Should I get Small or Medium? (I think I need small, but I didnt know if maybe their sizing was tight or something like that)

6. there is about 11 inches in between the bicep pad thing on my shoulder pad and my gloves. Shold I get long or short?

If someone could help me out that would be just great. I wish I could just go to a lax store and try the stuff on, but the closest placce is Dicks and they dont have them.

You should probably go to your local lacrosse store and try on different sizes to find out for yourself their flexibility, fit, etc...
If you don't have a lacrosse store nearby, then I guess you might be in a bit of a pickle.

Which ones, the supercrosses or the 4.0's?

4.0's

i love the supercrosse though... i had those until i got the Warrior MPG Elbow Guard 5.0's... the 5.0 offers the best protection ive ever used... u cant feel anything when u get hit wearin those

5.0 do sacrifice sum flexibility though... but that can be fixed if ur willin to cut a few straps
