well for those of you who don't know arthritis is hereditary & obviously as in mine & my dad's case can become a problem at least as young as age 16 so if it runs in your family then it's possible you've already gotten it....especially if oyur like me, i run all the time especially as a kid & the more you use whatever part of your body ti is absically the quicker you get it....but if arthritis isnt a common occuring thing in your fmaily then it's probably some other health related issue

I might have arthritis. My joint are usally hurting. Try Lakota. I heard it works really well. Also try to get some glucosomine & MSM. Just look in your local health food store or pharmacy.

I have a ton of arthritis in my left knee. My cartiallge is basically destroyed and I get fluid build-up. haveto get my knee drained every 3 months at first, but then I went into rehab, building the muscles of my legs to help reduce the stress and it has helped. A month before the season starts I walk around with a knee brace everywhere. During games I use one of those pressure bands for you knees and it really helps. You can hardly feel any pain. After practices and games I ice it down and its alright. It used to kill when I just walked but after 2 years of building it up I hardly feel any pain.
i first thought i had arthritis in wrist really bad
then found out it was tendinitis

I have it in my shoulder... but thats caused by severe and reoccuring tendonitus... and over time my shoulder has just been worn down so much that i have severe pain in it even when it has been rested for a good while. Sucks... nothing i can do... What ever.
