Hmm..., I'm going to let lax.com answer your first question. For the second question, the search bar, located in the upper left hand corner, will probably give pretty a pretty thorough answer. And, for your third question, I am simply going to leave you with response "a," and response "b."

b. laxpower.com has very good statistics on high school players, maybe check them out and infer on your own who the "biggest rising star" is
