I love whole milk but I now start to try and drink 2%.

I usually drink milk with every meal but this semester my classes are different and with lax starting I miss dinner and sometimes lunch so... I try and have two glasses of milk in the morning, then if I can make it to lunch or dinner I will have atleast one glass.

maybe like 2-3 glasses a day
1 in morning with some protien mix
1 or 2 for dinner, depending on how thirsty

Drank 2% for a long time until my mom started buying skim. At first I noticed a slight difference, butultimately I didn't care so long a I gots my calcium. Now I only buy skim/no fat milk when I remember to.

Wow............STRAWBERRY MILK. Seriously like heaven in a little 16 oz. bottle (or if you buy the bigger ones). Its only good to have once in a while b/c its pretty dang fattening, and its pretty thick (like egg nog-ish) so its not something you can just chug. But oh my is it delish.

EDIT: Oh yea Silk Vanilla soy milk is pretty good too. You just kinda have to get used to it. I suggest giving it at least 1 try, you might like it, and hey.....its SOY!

i drink organic reduced fat only way to goi drink about a 1/2 gallon a day
but its way more expensive its like 3.50 and thats for a 1/2 gallon

Anyone here drink lactaid I love milk but it gives me the tingles and jingles in my stomach (gas) so i drink lactaid because one its better for you and you dont get tummy aches. I think i drink skim lactaid its delicious.
