The following teams off the top of my head have a club.
U of Houston
UT Austin
UNT
Texas Tech
Texas A&M

There are more but thats all that I can think of off the top of my head =P There ya go!

U of H is in houston, so I guess that might suit your needs.

lonestaralliance.org is a good place to start

Univ. of Houston has a team as well as Rice University.

uhhh just a pointer. if your gonna play for u of h your gonna have to put up with a lot of crap. i'm not downing the team but the last game i went to half the team didn't show up and the head coach wasn't there and there is a serious lack of stick skills on that team. rice has a fairly decent team. their isn't a roster on their site that is up to date so i can't tell you if they'll be good in the upcoming years. They also just came off a one year suspension for hazing so keep that in mind but they should be past that. i would rather choose rice over u of h but its up to you.

Other than UT, tech and A&M the teams aren't the best.

I checked out http://www.lonestaralliance.org/ that capergreen recommended.

USL-MDIA club lax is your only choice for college ball. U of Houston and Rice U are the only two teams in Houston. A&M is in College Station, which is 90-100 miles north of Houston.

rice has a fairly decent team... i would rather choose rice over u of h but its up to you.Rice is also 1000X harder to get admitted to than U of H, so that might be a major deciding factor.

its gettin up there. last night i watched a high school game between two of top area teams and i came home and looked at lax power and most of the guys in the game already signed to a d3 college so the skill level is risin
