Cell Phone repair

recently my sidekick 2 decided it was going to stop working and have lines on the screen. so i sent my phone back into t-mobile for a replacement. they wouldn't give me one because it was physical damage, which i have no idea what happened to it(i never dropped it or hit it on anything because i treated this like my baby) but anyways they sent it back and it's still broken. So what i want to know is if anyone knows where i can get it fixed at. I'll send it to a store or something just as long as it gets fixed! Any help would be appriciated.

A similar thing happened to me....my uninsured razor just stopped working one day. It won't turn on or anything, I'm not sure if the battery is dead or what. But they told me to take it to a special cingular repair store to have it fixed. Go to a local t-mobile place and see if there is any place to go locally to have something done with it.
