could someone explain the FO move the plunger, i saw a video of it where the ball just pops into his stick and it is awesome, could someone explain it to me or a site that explains it
There was a whole thread on this in the past week, you can find it with the search tool (or just scan the general lacrosse past couple pages or so). Where did you see the vid of the plunger? I'm curious.
