So when is or was everyone's first game? Also state if its Highschool, College, or whatever.
Ours is in 2 weeks exactly, and i am in High school in Missouri.

Post-collegiate club (ALL). We had our first three games last weekend. 4 team tourney in Bethesda, MD.

It was indeed! Except Washington LC only brought a handful of players. So they split the CCLC in two, merged with the Washington LC guys, and then we swapped opponents for the second game. We played both CCLC teams on Saturday and Brooklyn on Sunday (although I wasn't there for that one.) Do you know some guys on those teams?

Our first game was February 18th. It was 12 degrees with windchill of -5. We won 9-1. We have our third game today against Canisius (sp?) at 3 at home. It's supposed to be 40 or 45 so it'll be nice out. Play college.
so u got to go up against St. John's.. I have a friend playing there.. Felix Forbes..

We were supposed to have an all-teams scrimmage this Saturday, it was to be a bunch of 20 minute games. Unfortunately it was cancelled.
Now our first game is March 16th. Highschool.

Our first game was feb 18th against Colgate, it was not fun...-3 degree windchill, snow blowing over the field, we had to use an orange ball so we could see it haha.

I know some of the guys who play for Chevy Chase, 2 of which play on my team club apart from Chase Lax. I had also been invited to tryout with them last year but ultimately was cut. Washinton we've scrimmaged a couple times and had guys play with us (like last years tourney since we needed bodies to play you Gryphons, though they took over that game from us and a lot of us lost playing time and some wound up leaving in disgust before our seconf game against CC). I know a bunch of our guys also played in the/a Brooklyn game this past Saturday.

Yeah, my team played the Baltimore Fire on sunday and they definatley brought in some ringers (or had a really good recruiting offseason, though we suspect the former) as they're generally one of the ALL's whipping boy teams. Normally we could hang with them but not this time. That's one of the reasons we haven't joined the ALL, so we don't have to take over that whipping boy status.
Of course once the ALL season starts that'll change once DeWalt & Team Heineken etc get started.

Yep. Gryphons beat Baltimore Fire last year (though I wasn't on the team then), and from what I heard they weren't so great. It's interesting though with the ALL - it seems as though if you get a decent sponsor and are halfway serious, you can recruit a bunch of guys just by being there year in and year out. At least that's my ALL noob view...
DeWalt, Heineken and Arena are awesome. But Quaker has been the king of Philly in recent years, so they're the biggest hurdle for those of us in the region at the moment.

College club, Tomorrow, Binghamton Bearcats(My team) vs. Cornell Big Red at Cornell's stadium. Our first real game was last saturday, but Hobart forfeited.
Next weekend, March 18th and 19th. Gonna be pretty rad. Tillman Johnson is gonna be there, he's friends with the coach of the host team of the tournament we're playing in. We get 4 games, and hopefully the weather doesn't suck as bad as it did last year. Also, we're going to a tourny in Colorado two weeks later! Sick! Hopefully I have the money by then.
