Training handle in game?

Hey guys,

Is it legal/lawful to use a Warrior training handle during gameplay? I thought I read that it was not somewhere but can't find it.

It is illegal, because it can seriously injure, or kill someone. If not sure of th eexact reasoning, ask laxref. he knows all rules.

I believe it has been discussed, I'm not sure.. I think the ruling was illegal.
