bad mesh

i just recieved my order from jimalax a day ago (a piece of 10d and 12d) and when i opened the package and started to strecht the 10d i noticed that it was very soft. the free piece of 10d was soft too. i strng my nemesis with it adn it formeda huge pocket with no break in, but it throws horribly, its like 10 diamond soft mesh. has anyone else had this experience? and should i e-mail them and possibly request a new piece of 10d?

I just ordered some catapultion mesh from them, but i think that they sent me American mesh, because the mesh is uncoated. But they also gave me extra free shooting strings, do you guys think it would be ungrateful to email them with my problem with the mesh.

I also received some soft pieces of hard mesh recently, but I ordered 2 pieces of mesh and got a third free. I don't know if they accidentally put 2 pieces of semi-hard in the order when I ordered 2 hard mesh, or if its just 1 piece of softer hard mesh and 1 piece of semi-hard. I tried e-mailing but I don't think it worked, so I'll try again later.

It wouldn't be ungrateful. We all love Jimalax, but you paid for catapultion and didnt get it.
