A3 Defense Arm Pads

Hey, i'm interested in new arm pads and i play defense, i've checked out some and im interested in harrow a3 defensse elbow pads. due to excessive weghtliting, my arms dont exactly fit in every arm pad...hehehe...so, does anyone know anyone with these and if you do, do they like them, and how big are they, cuz they only come in one size. other details would be sweet, the local store had the other harrow ones, but not these...thanks
