So what kind of socks are you guys rocking for the 06 season i know some people are really anal about there socks

black calf high nike socks for away
and white calf high nike socks for home games
and night games are white and red under armour socks

I personally like the Old Navy white ankle socks. The elastic has ripped in a few pairs of mine, probably need to go sock shopping. What are some really nice and comforable socks for Lax? Like what are the ones with the padding on the bottom?

Thorlos level 3 calfs or smartwool midweight calfs... Also, I wear sock liners. If you haven't tried them, you should. They are a MUST!

ok, ill elaborate...my friend and i went up to UVA and wnet to the book store and got mathcing bumblebee socks for big games(rivalry games), but i usually use ankle socks or calf nike socks

My pops hooked the team up with socks this year. They are just regular length socks that go up to the bottom of the calf.

Home: White with two navy stripes at the top and a blue "G"

Away: Navy with two white stripes at the top and a white "G"

The away socks are so dope. I wanted to get em with a Nike or Jordan logo, but he can't mess with the copyrighted/ corporate logos.

I just wear whatever socks I have on which would be mid-calf socks, usually grey, black, navy, or white, and most have a logo on them. I think we're getting team socks, but I'm not sure.

Hahah, that's not even a requirement for me. I know, gross. But our crease is more like a sandpit, so clean or not, my socks will be brown and crunchy by the end of practice/game.
It also took me this far into the semester to realize why my socks were always so dirty at the end of practice/game if they were in my shoes the entire time.

Regardless, I prefer no-show socks with coolmax or some other moisture-wicking material in them. All cotton socks = suck. But, since I've been rocking an aircast for a week or so now, I sometimes have to wear my huge completely cotton sock on one leg, and a no show sock on the other.
