I'm one of the the faceoff guys on my team. I was looking to get a new head. I was wondering which one your thought was better, the pulse plus, or tha gait chaos.

pulse plus? also this is a preference thread so it might be closed soon. i would suggest reading things on the heads then seeing which ones fit your needs better since some face off ppl like stiff and others like flimsy and so on and so forth

Hmm what what be a good stiff one. I want something thats really stif and pretty wide.

are you talking about the proton PLUS? go to www.e-lacrosse.com and read up on the article about face off guys and what some of the college guys use, you can use anything its all preference but i've seen a few kids use protons

Ok like said above e-lacrosse has a nice guide to faceoff heads. Now if you actually play, as in just don't only take faceoffs, you are gonna want a stick you can use in the game as well as face off with. But honestly man..... its really all up to you whatever you feel comfortable with will work.

I used a revo pro for facing off. The only negative thing ive noticed is now after a season its bent slightly to the left when your looking at it. No doubt about it though, i loved that head. Another bad thing was that I had to keep restrining the sidewalls cause they were ripping.

Get a Blade...........a proven face off head and just a pain all around dank head.
Or I rock the X2 sometimes, pretty dang near indestructible.
I think the gait is stiffer so go with it.
