yea hardy..big guy hes a freshman and number 22 so props to eclipse..but i was also there too...it was a great game of which i thought syracuse might pull out a win..bc their defense was absolutely amazing and hella fast..and their O can pass like no other...
you see uva just has overall speed and great goaltending even by their backups. represent midlo bud, but anyway, uva just has some cannons too..just about everyone can shoot.. and i mean everyone...syracuse has a lot of younger players with a lot of cailber..like what is it four top recruited freshmen?..but uva has two great ones..billings and gladding are just as amazing as the four and they get atleast 1 goal or assist every single game..not to mention rubeor is the best soph out there on O (uva wise i mean...cuz what about greer..hes just a beast). Petit just owns..freaking owns
credit cuse tho..cuz they didnt give up..but you gotta think... uva-semi finals last year, cuse- nothing, cuse lost mike powell and lots of d uva- lost what xmas, deVilliars, and Hughes? but kept alot of the offense so thats good.
haha and cant forget..damn uva's helmets looked wack lol so cuse did look better..but the fact of the matter is uva won
yeeeeh hoo's...yeh

I think college's all need to sign with Cascade...those field helmets are pretty weird...The triads im leaning back and forth on.

I was in the stands facing the cuse goal.
That first goal by Uva was garbage, but i'd take it any day. OPtherwise it was good.
the shot differential was huge though, UVA had like 51 shots by the end, and cuse had like 13. The bad thing thought is that cuse scored like 50% of the time they shot, while UVa only scored... i dunno, but deffintly lower then 50%

I was sitting right there in the bleachers deep in UVA territory (just about midfield) freezing! One thing I couldn't stand was the people I was with. They were just plain ugly fans and sore winners. I am neither a fan of Syracuse or UVa (Go NAVY!), but seriously, whatever happened to just watching a good game of lacrosse. I saw some of the ugliest faceoffs ever in my opinion as well as the greatest amount of illegal procedures on the faceoff.

i heard a lot of screams toward Joe Yevoli such as, "Traitor" when he scored and the other UVA guy who transferred to cuse, nathan kenney, dominated w/ his speed...

I was at the game sitting in the middle of the stands and I didn't hear any calls of "traitor" directed at Yevoli, so there could not have been alot of them. I did hear a little booing at the introduction.
Kenny is a real classy guy and a great player. He clearly dominated in the first quarter but after that he didn't do much. He was on the faceoff wing, one of his strengths, and I don't think Cuse got a faceoff in the whole second quarter when UVA scored 8 points.
Having said that, I wish he was still at UVA. Yevoli, on the other hand, has clearly been replaced by Rubeor, Gladding, Billings and others.
