From what I know, its instructional video clips on how to perform certain dodges/moves.

search next time but i dont know if its worth it or not. i got it but theres only been like 4 videos that ive watched. but the ones i have seen are really helpful

Theres another thread on this in the HS forum, feel free to bump it up. There's also one in the Tactics/Training Forum also.
I really can't say if it's worth it or not. 100 bucks for a year is pricey.
