Team A has scored twice as many goals as team B and there is 1:00 left in the game when Team A brings the ball into the attack area. Team A passes the ball out of the attack area, and coach B screams for a stalling call. Team A brings the ball into and out of the attack area several times as Coach B continues to call for a stalling violation until time expires. What is going on here?

No, that is not correct.

Team A is so accurate that they are able to deflect their passes off of Team B's sticks, thus getting them a new 10 second count every time they pick it up outside the attack area.

Nope, that's not it, either. Sometimes they run it out.

As long as the ball leaves the attack area due to a shot or a pass deflected by team B, A can legally recover a ball outside of the attack area.

Therefore, the first pass was deflected by B, and subsequent egress events were shots or passes deflected (artfully) off of B player's sticks.

Team A has 2 goals - but only one on the books. The second goal was dismissed after the shooters head left his stick. Therefore the game is reallytied 1-1

I'll have to go with Mr. Montgomery's supposition that LaxRef is using advanced math reasoning that 2 times 0 = 0, and therefore does not have to keep it in since the score is tied at 0-0.

Team A is a man down.

A goal not allowed is not really a goal scored. It's only a goal scored if it goes on the board, at least as I see it.

Team A is a man down.

That rule is all gone. Well, actually, you always had to keep it in when you were leading the game in the last 2:00, man down or not. But now it's clear you can be warned for stalling even if man down (both NCAA and NFHS), which is good since that's when teams are most likely to stall.

OK, I only ref int'l....i think the rule is still there.

Team A is a man down.
Even if a team is man down, if they are ahead on the scoreboard they have to keep it in, in the final 2 mintues.

Actually, now I believe they can be warned for stalling even if man-down and with more than 2:00 remaining.

I agree - I like to call that grasping at straws...
