Help on Dodges

In my season we just started one on ones and I'm usually pretty good but I kept feeling like I was in slowmo and my dodges were smooth any tips???

allso whats the most effective dodge from X

maybe try conditioning for quickness and agility, and also a roll dodge from the x is the best mmove, or u can do the FINALIZER.
