i was wondering what type of food to eat before practice or a game would be. i found that french fries arent good :banghead: so wats good and will stay down in your stomach during practice. anything would be apperciated.

Suck it up. I had 3 bowls of Peanut Butter Toast Crunch and a bag of doritos before practice today. And my tummy didn't hurt.

i have a ritual before every game that i have a mcdonalds happy meal.
just a suggestion.
i do it for every sport i play

Either don't eat anything unless it's at least an hour before the game, or if you need to eat something fruit is usually the best, a banana, orange, apple and the like.

1/2 hour before:
.10-12 white crackers (quick energy)
.1 piece of fruit (apple, orange, or banana)
.approxemetly 16 fl. oz. of Water
It works well, well gives me energy for the game while keeping me hydrated.
