i am relatively new to lacrosse. I played football before as a defensive back and the lacrosse coach recruited me to play. I got a stick a brine f22 and my brother lent me his old head an stx av8 i just wanted some advice on another head for a defense men that will be good for longstick middy/defense any help would be appreciated thanks.

id suggest a Brine Motive or an STX H2, both are good heads, they are wide for easy catching and intercepting passes, and they are stiff eithe rof those or if you have a lacrosse shop around you go in there and ask fr soem help on finding a good d-head, the AV8 is a fairly good head though, its stiff and wide so you might be able to just get along with that aswell, its all up to you
