Can you do heavy weightlifting (4-6 reps max weight) monday wednesday friday and plyometics (unweighted squats, sprints, step ups, calf raises unweighted, leaps, etc) tuesday thursday during the same week ???

why don't you try doing them in the same workout...its a great way to superset exercises and it will develop a greater lactic acid threshold and cardiovascular capacity. Try doing weighted squats followed by jumping split lunges, leg press followed by jump squats..etc.
